Somehow i split the pressure plate? Only did 25.000km on this clutch too!
(you can see some of the teeth/whatever sitting lower then the others, it would never fully engage. also only wore half of the friction surface)

Have you figure out a root cause?
Could throw out bearing or slave cylinder problems cause that?

Bad clutch, maybe just vibration/wear. It’s always had a slight judder when launching/slipping it, not sure if that’s clutch or flywheel issue, will find out when i test drive the new one(just got done)
Dad had bought it new and used for 4 races, but changed to the bigger gearbox/clutch setup since this slipped when launching in 2nd gear, and then i put it in this when i overhauled the engine.
